First Sunday of the month 10 am - 11:30 Registration closes by the Friday before. Music, motion, mudra, mantra, meditation and Art . Come and release some of your burdens in this class, and create a powerful art piece during the process. ** Instructor is energy worker and not therapist/ medical doctor / psychiatrist.
