How to make the most of your session

Sometimes it is all we can do just to make it to the appointment on time! Here's how to maximize benefits of the session both before and after.



*Set your purest and highest intention for the session (eg what is the biggest stress in my life, what is making me feel unhappy?

Where is there discomfort?)


Remember : your body wants to heal and only you can heal you, all else facilitates the process. Have you listened to what your body is trying to tell you ?

*Come to your session well hydrated and well rested.

*Think of a particular issue which you would like to address during the session (eg what is the biggest stress in my life, what is making me feel unhappy? where is there discomfort?)

*Call in your spiritual support during the session

*Set the intention that you are open and willing to receive healing in any and all aspects of your life. (Remember : only you can heal you, all else facilitates the process)

*Trust Source/Universal Energy, and that it will heal for your Highest and Greatest good.



Post session care


*Trust the energy healing process, and that it will heal for your Highest and Greatest good.


*Nurture yourself after a session (eg. take a bath with bath salts, spend time relaxing, take time to meditate, etc)
