Service Description
The psyche informs the brain how to adapt the body for its environment. Stressful thoughts tell the brain the body is threatened and needs to protect itself resulting in imbalance, acidic internal environment and less time in "rest, digest and maintenance ' mode, thereby accelerating the aging process, adding to health issues, vulnerability to sports injuries, and reducing concentration time for learning. Take this class to combat negative thought habits and create a sense of relaxation in the body for balance, repair better digestion, overall happiness and well being.

MCRW reserves the right to email notification of change or cancellation of session due to unforeseen circumstance Waiver needs to be completed and signed before session. Package is valid for 6 months from day of purchase. No refunds on sessions completed.
